Message from the Commons that they have appointed a Committee of Five Members to join with the Committee appointed by this House, as mentioned in their Lordships' Message of the 27th day of February last, to inquire into the application of the provisions contained in the Local Government Acts, 1888 and 1894, and the Local Government (Scotland) Acts, 1889 and 1894: Then a Message was ordered to be sent to the Commons to propose that the Joint Committee do meet in Committee Room A on Monday next at Twelve o'clock.
