Report by the Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords and the Chairman of Ways and Means in the House of Commons:

1. The t the provisions of—

• The Clyde Navigation Order;
• The Dundee Harbour and Tay Ferries Order;
• The Dundee Harbour (Constitution) Order;
• The Dunfermline Burgh Extension and. Drainage Order and clauses 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of the Lanarkshire Tramways Order

are of such a character that they ought to be dealt with by Private Bill and not by Provisional Order:

2. That, save as aforesaid, the Draft Provisional Orders be allowed to proceed, subject to such recommendations as may hereafter be made with respect to the several Orders:

Laid before the House (pursuant to Act), and ordered to lie on the Table.
