LORD CURZON OF KEDLESTONMy Lords, the noble Marquess the Leader of the Opposition has asked me to give notice on his behalf that on Monday week, May 8, he will move the First Reading of a Bill to amend the constitution of this House. My noble friend would have taken this step at an earlier date in the course of next week, and would have himself given notice to-day, but for an indisposition which is, happily, mending, but from winch he has not yet entirely recovered.
