§ The LORD CHANCELLOR informed the House that lie had received from the Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court of Justice a certificate under the Seal of the said Court, stating that the Right Honourable William Frederick Le Poer-Trench, Earl of Clancarty, who sits in this House as Viscount Clancarty, of 21, Cadogan Gardens, in the county of London, being a Peer of the Realm, was adjudicated bankrupt on the 4th day of August, 1910: The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
