§ His late Majesty's answer to the Address of the 26th of April last delivered by the LORD STEWARD (E. Beauchamp), and read as follows—
§ "I have received your Address praying "that I will withhold my assent to the "Scheme under the Welsh Intermediate "Education Acts which relates to the "Denbigh share of Howell's Charity for "Girls' Schools in Wales.
§ "I will comply with your advice."
