Several Lords—Took the Oath.

The Lord STUART of CASTLE STUART (E. Moray)—Sat first in Parliament after the death of his brother.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

Provident Association of London. [H.L.]

Also the Certificate that the Standing Orders applicable to the petition for the following Bill have not been complied with:

Railway Passengers Assurance Company (Transfer).

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
