Lionel Edward Sackville-West, Lord SACKVILLE, having succeeded to that title on the death of his uncle, Mortimer Sackville-West, Lord Sackville, by virtue of a special remainder contained in a Patent bearing date the second day of October in the fortieth year of the reign of her late Majesty, Queen Victoria—Was (in the usual manner) introduced.

The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with:

Assam Railways and Trading Company. [H.L.]

The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
