§ Report by the Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords and the Chairman of Ways and Means in the House of Commons, under Section 2 of the Act, that subject to such recommendations as may hereafter be made, the several Draft Provisional Orders, for which petitions in accordance with the provisions of the Act and the General Orders thereunder were presented to the Secretary for Scotland on or before the 17th day of April last, should be allowed to proceed:
