THE SECRETARY FOR SCOTLAND (LORD PENTLAND) moved to amend Clause 8 of the Schedule— 8. No buildings erections embankments or works other than the marks mentioned in Article 6 of this Order shall at any time be commenced or executed within the limits above described without the previous sanction and approval in writing of the Fishery Board for Scotland, by adding at the end the words "and of the Board of Trade."

Amendment moved— In the Schedule, Clause 8, line 15, after ("Scotland") to insert ("and of the Board of "Trade")—(Lord Pentland.)

On Question, Amendment agreed to.

LORD PENTLAND then moved to amend Clause 10 of the Schedule— 10. This Order shall continue in operation for sixty years from its confirmation, by altering the period mentioned from sixty years to forty years.

Amendment moved— In the Schedule, Clause 10, line 24, to leave out the word ("sixty") and to insert the word ("forty")—(Lord Pentland.)
