LORD SALTOUNMy Lords, I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether all the transactions referred to in the Report of the Congested Districts Board as completed were completed within the period covered by the Report, viz., before 31st March, 1910. I may say that I refer specially to the Island of Sandray.
§ LORD PENTLANDSo far as I am aware, that is so. I am sorry I did not know that the noble Lord referred specially to the Island of Sandray. If I had known that, I would have inquired and made certain on that point.. But so far as I am aware the Report carries the narrative down to March 31.
