§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the. Table the Certificates from time Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:
- Electric Lighting Provisional Orders (No. 1).
- Electric Lighting Provisional Orders (No. 2).
- Local Government (Ireland) Provisional Orders (No. 3).
- Water Provisional Order.
§ Also the certificates that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bills have been complied with:
- London County Council (Tramways and Improvements).
- Southampton Corporation.
§ The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
