Order of the Day for Second Reading read: Counsel called in: Witnesses examined: Moved that the Rill be now read the second time; the same was agreed to; Bill read the second time accordingly, and committed to a Committee of the Whole House on Thursday next.

THE LORD CHANCELLOR

acquainted the House that the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid upon the Table the Certificate from the Examiners that the Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with—

Education Department Provisional Order Confirmation (Swansea) [H.L.]

Also the Certificate that the further Standing Orders applicable to the following Bill have been complied with—

Wolverhampton Tramways [H.L.]

And also the Certificates that the Standing Orders have not been complied with in respect of the petitions for additional provision in the following Bills—

Gainsborough Urban District Council Gas [H.L.]

Mersey Docks and Harbour Board (Pilotage) [H.L.]

The same were ordered to lie on the Table.
