§ Representations, dated 3rd July, 1899, of Secretary of State for the Colonies and Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, that it is expedient that certain properties held in trust for the defence of the colony of New South Wales should he transferred to the Government of that colony; and draft of an Order in Council for giving effect to above representations.
