  1. I. Report to the Lord Chancellor of the number of visits made, patients seen, and miles travelled by the Visitors of Lunatics, pursuant to the Lunacy Act, 1890, between July 1st and September 30th 1898;
  2. II. Return of all sums received by the Visitors of Lunatics for travelling expenses, or upon any other account, between January 1st and December 31st 1898.
