§ The Chairman of Commitees acquainted the House, That (pursuant to the Resolutions of the 2nd day of August last), the Bill had been lodged in the Private Bill Office, together with the declaration of the agent; Bill presented; read first and second time: Committee negatived; and, the Bill having been reported with amendments in Session 1898, Bill read third time, and passed, and sent to the Commons.
