§ Order in Council of 20th October 1898, approving a memorial of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty praying Her Majesty to make certain rules of Court touching the practice in prize proceedings to be observed in Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, Probate, Divorce, and Admiralty Division.
