- 1. Bucks, for constituting the Parishes, of Chartridge and Latimer from the Parish of Chesham, and transferring the same from the Urban District of Chesham to the Rural District of Amersham.
- 2. Derby, for transferring the Rural Parish of Codnor-cum-Loscoe to the Urban District of Heanor.
- 3. Derby and Nottingham, and Nottingham County Borough, for uniting the Parishes of Basford, Bulwell, North Wilford, and Nottingham to form the Parish of Nottingham.
- 4. Devon, for transferring part of the Parish of Salcombe Regis from the Honiton Rural District to the Parish and Urban District of Sidmouth.
- 5. Durham, for transferring part of the Urban District of Annfield Plain to the Parish and Urban District of Tanfield.
- 6. Essex, for the conversion of the Parish of Brentwood into the Brent wood Urban District.

- 8. Lancaster, for constituting the Parish of Heysham an Urban District.
- 9. Lancaster, for altering the name of the Township of Tottington Lower End to Tottington, and constituting the new Township an Urban District.
- 10. Lancaster, for transferring part of the Township of Wheelton to the Township and Urban District of Whitnell.
- 11. Nottingham, for uniting the Parish of Park Leys to the Parish of Kelham.
- 12. Somerset, for dividing the Parish of Ilminster into the two separate Parishes of Ilminster and Ilminster Without, and constituting the new Parish of Ilminster an Urban District.
- 13. Southampton, for adding a part of the Parish of Bishopstoke to the Eastleigh Urban District.
- 14. Surrey, for constituting the Parish of Caterham an Urban District.
- 15. East Sussex, for uniting the Parish of Norway to the Parish of Eastbourne.
- 16. Wilts, for uniting the Parishes of Cricklade Saint Mary and Cricklade Saint Sampson to form the Parish of Cricklade.
- 17. North Riding of Yorkshire, for (i.) dividing the Parish of Kirkleatham into the Parishes of Coatham and Kirkleatham; (ii.) transferring the new parish of Kirkleatham to the Guisborough Rural District; and (iii.) adding the new Parish of Coatham to the area of the Redcar Urban District.
- 18. West Riding of Yorkshire, for constituting the Townships of Out-wood and Stanley an Urban District.
