HL Deb 04 August 1899 vol 75 c1448

Commons Amendments considered [according to Order].

THE LORD PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL (The DUKE of DEVONSHIRE)

The Commons Amendments to this Bill are not of any great importance. I do not observe on the other side a large number of noble Lords who appear to entertain any curiosity on the subject, and therefore, as there is no burning desire to hear any remarks from me, I beg to move that the Amendments made in another place be agreed to. I shall be prepared, however, to express my views if any noble Lord desires.

Commons Amendments agreed to.
