The Order made on Friday last referring the petition for a Private Bill to Judges in Ireland, discharged: The said petition of Sir Edward Reid, William Tillie, John Cooke, and John Fitzpatrick Cooke, the trustees of the will of the late James Hood Brooke, praying for leave to Introduce a Bill ''for conferring powers upon the trustees of the will of the late James flood Brooke to acquire Gwyn's Grounds, Londonderry, and lay out the same as a public park: and for other purposes" together with a copy of the proposed Bill annexed thereto; read and r ferred to the examiners.
