HL Deb 18 April 1899 vol 69 c1435
THE EARL OF WEMYSS

Before the House adjourns, I should like to say that on Friday I propose putting two questions to the Government with reference to what is called the decoration of St. Paul's. I do not know who will answer on behalf of the Government, but I only hope that before the noble Lord does so, he will go to St. Paul's and see for himself what is going on —a course which I would also recommend other members of your Lordships' House to pursue.

House adjourned at forty-five minutes after Four of the clock.
