My Lords, as I see the Under Secretary of State for India in his place, I beg to ask if he has received any further information as to the situation in Bombay?

My Lords, I am glad to say we have received a telegram to-day from the Governor of Bombay. The telegram is as follows— Bombay still quiet. Dock labourers not yet returned to work. Total arrests in connection with the riots, about 200.
