Page 7, leave out from beginning of clause to 'shall' in line 12, and insert 'all locomotives not required to be licensed under this Act.'611 The section, as amended, will read—All locomotives not required to be licensed under this Act shall be registered in the county in which they are ordinarily used, or to be used, in such manner as the county council may direct.
