I rise to move the Amendment which stands in my name, as follows— Page 1, line 7, leave out 'or from bodies corporate.' I am instructed by the legal advisers to the Irish Government that these words are quite unnecessary, and might prove mischievous. I therefore hope your Lordships will allow these words to be struck out.
