The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 163a relating to Private Bills, he had, on the requisition of the Chairman of Committees, appointed the Honourable Henry John Vane Tempest (commonly called Lord Henry Vane Tempest) as guardian or protector of the infants the Honourable Charles Stewart Henry Vane Tempest Stewart (commonly called Lord Castlereagh) and the Honourable Charles Stewart Reginald Vane Tempest Stewart (commonly called Lord Charles Reginald Vane Tempest Stewart), named in the Bill, to represent such infants before the Committee on the Bill.
