§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, That he had received from the Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court of Justice a certificate, under the seal of the said Court, stating that the Right Honourable James Francis Harry St. Clair Erskine Earl of Rosslyn, being a Member of the Lords' House of Parliament, was, by and under an order of adjudication made by the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice, on the 8th day of June now instant, adjudged a bankrupt. The same was ordered to lie on the Table.
