*THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I beg to move the Second Reading of this Bill. It requires but little explanation. It is a Bill to enable the Record Office to ged rid of useless documents, and is similar in character to the one passed some time ago. The question here is the altering of the date which was fixed in the last Bill.
