§ Regulations, dated 14th February, 1898, made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department, in pursuance of section 2 of the Police (Property) Act, 1897 (650 and 651 Victoria, chap. 30), with respect to the disposal of unclaimed property in the possession of the police.
