§ Second Report of the Committee appointed by arrangement between the President of the Local Government Board and the Chancellor of the Exchequer to inquire into the sufficiency of the clerical staff and secretariat of the Local Government Board, having regard to the duties devolving on the Board, and into the existing divisions of the work, the salaries of the officers, and the, organisation of the Department generally, and to recommend what changes should be made in the existing arrangements.
