§ In this Act—
§ The expression "Clerk of the Peace" includes Clerk of the Crown and Peace where the offices have been united;
§ The expression "Sheriff" includes Under Sheriff; and
§ The expression "prescribed" means prescribed by rules and orders in pursuance of this Act.
