§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (Lord HALSBURY)I have to acquaint your Lordships that, in pursuance of the Resolution of the House, I presented to Her Majesty an Address on the occasion of the celebration of the jubilee year of her reign, and Her Majesty was graciously pleased to make the following reply:—
I thank you for your loyal and dutiful Address.I have been deeply touched by the numerous manifestations of loyalty and affection to My Throne on the occasion of the celebration of the completion of the Sixtieth year of My reign, and I am sincerely gratified by the warmth with which you associate yourself with them.
