THE EARL OF MORLEY (CHAIRMAN of COMMITTEES) moved:— That the order made on the 23rd day of March last, 'That no Private Bill brought from the House of Commons shall he read a second time later than the third day on which the House shall sit after the recess at Whitsuntide as extended by the order of the 18th day of June last,' be dispensed with, and that the Bill be read 2a.
