asked whether this Bill was absolutely on all fours with the Agricultural Holdings Act with reference to tenants' improvements?

LORD REAY

said the Bill was absolutely identical with the Market Gardeners Act, 1895, with such alterations as suited the conditions peculiar to Scotland.
