Five LORDS COMMISSIONERS—the LORD CHANCELLOR (Lord Halsbury), VISCOUNT CROSS (Lord Privy Seal), the Earl of PEMBROKE (Lord Steward of the Household), Lord BALFOUR (Secretary for Scotland), and the Earl of KINTORE (Lord-in-Waiting)—(being in their Robes and seated on a Bench between the Throne and the Woolsack)—commanded the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod (General Sir Michael A. S. Biddulph) to let the Commons know that— The Lords Commissioners desire their immediate attendance in this House to hear the Commission read.
