Her Majesty's Answer to the Address of the 16th day of July last, delivered by the Lord Chamberlain (E. Lathom), and read as follows:—
I have received your Address praying that I will withhold my assent to the scheme which relates to the Denbigh share of Howell's Charity for girls' schools in Wales:
I will comply with your advice.
