§ 39. Whenever plans, sections, hooks of reference, or maps, are deposited in the case of an application to any public department or county council for a provisional order or certificate, duplicates of the said documents shall at the same time also he deposited in the Office of the Clerk of the Parliaments; provided that with regard to such deposits as are so made at any pubic department or with any county council after the prorogation of Parliament and before the thirtieth day of November in any year such duplicates shall he so deposited on or before the thirtieth day of November.
