§ Message from the Commons that they have appointed a Select Committee of Five Members to join with the Select Committee appointed by this House, as mentioned in the Message of this House of the 5th day of April last, to consider in what manner such inconvenience as arises from legislation by reference in Acts of Parliament to prior enactments can best be avoided.
