§ The Lord Chancellor (Lord Halsbury) acquainted the House that the Clerk of the Parliaments had laid on the Table the Annual Account of the Fee Fund of the House of Lords: The same was ordered to lie on the Table, arid to be referred to the Select Committee on the House of Lords Offices.
