acquainted the House that Her Majesty had (by Commission) appointed the Earl of Limerick Speaker of the House in the absence of the Lord Chancellor, the Earl of Morley, the Earl of Cork and Orrery, the Earl of Lathom, the Earl de Montalt, the Viscount Oxenbridge, and the Lord Herschell.

The said Commission was read.
