Queen's Answer to Address of the 17th day of April last, delivered as follows:— I have received your Address praying that I will withhold My assent to the following portion of the Flintshire Education Scheme, Clause 93, Sub-section (b) from the words 'boarding house' to the end, and the whole of Sub-section (c).
