My Lords, I understand that it will be most for the convenience of the House generally that the Second Reading of the Local Government (England and Wales) Bill should be taken on Thursday the 25th instant. That being the case, it is proposed to proceed with the consideration of the Commons Amendments to the Lords Amendments to the Employers' Liability Bill on Monday the 29th.

House adjourned at half past Four o'clock, to Thursday next, a quarter past Four o'clock.
