My Lords, I beg to lay on the Table a Bill for the confirmation of Local Acts in certain Colonies in Australia which have been found to require confirm [nation by the Imperial Legislature. The matter is one of a pressing nature, and; therefore I beg to state that I shall move the Second Reading to-morrow and also the suspension of the Standing Orders with the view to passing the Bill, through all its stages to-morrow.
