THE LORD CHANCELLOR (Lord HEKSCHELL)My Lords, this is the ordinary annual Statute Law Revision Bill. It is the result of the deliberations of the Committee, and it is important it should go to the other House as soon as possible. I propose, therefore, that Standing Order 39 be considered in order to its being dispensed with.
