HL Deb 08 September 1893 vol 17 cc562-3

Order of the Day for the Second Reading, read.

LORD MONKSWELL

said, this Bill had passed through the House of Commons. It was not contentious, and merely proposed to make two united parishes separate Local Government Districts, on the ground that they ought to have complete control and management of their own accounts.

Moved, "That the Bill be now read 2a."—(The Lord Monkswell.)

Motion agreed to; Bill read 2a accordingly, and committed for Tuesday next.
