§ Her Majesty's answer to the address of the 4th of September last, delivered by the Lord Steward (M. Breadalbane), and read as follows:
§ I have received your address praying that I will withhold My assent to the following portions of the Merionethshire Intermediate and Technical Education Scheme: Clause 91 (b) from the word ("boarding-house") to the end; clause 91 (c). I will comply with your advice.
