§ Message from the Commons that they have come to the following Resolution—namely, that all Bills of the present Session to confirm Provisional Orders made by the Board of Trade under the "Railway and Canal Traffic Act, 1888," containing the classification of merchandise traffic, and the schedule of maximum rates, tolls, and charges applicable thereto, be referred 190 to a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons, and to desire their Lordships' concurrence thereto; the said Message to be taken into consideration on Monday next.
