That no Bill brought from the House of Commons confirming any Provisional Order or Provisional Certificate shall be read a second time after Tuesday the 27th day of June next,be dispensed with, and that the Bill be read 2a. He said, the noble Lord the Chairman of Committees had examined into the matter, and it was unnecessary, therefore, for him to say anything further.
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (The Earl of MORLEY)said, he had examined into the case, and had no objection to offer to the Motion.
