§ EARL SPENCERMy Lords, I am informed that the Inspectors of Lunacy will present their Annual Report to the Lord Chancellor of Ireland in a short time. Some delay has been caused this year owing to the introduction of new statistical heads; but in future it is hoped that the report will be presented not later than April in each year.
