My Lords, this also is a Consolidation Statute. It proposes to bring into one Act the various provisions relating to the administration of estates by Executors and Administrators. It does not propose to amend the law; it is purely for the purpose of consolidation.

Moved, "That the Bill be now read 2a."—(The Lord Chancellor.)

Motion agreed to; Bill read 2a accordingly, and committed to a Committee of the Whole House on Tuesday next.
