This Bill is precisely the same, mutatis mutandis, for raising the age of exemption to 11 as the English Bill to which your Lordships have already assented; and as I cannot conceive that there will be any objection to it, as none was raised to that measure, I propose to put it down for Second Readiug to-morrow.
