HL Deb 18 March 1892 vol 2 c1181
LORD DENMAN

I beg leave to mention to your Lordships that a mistake has arisen through the unfortunate blindness with which I have been seized. I sent a copy of a Bill as to the duration of speeches in Parliament with the words "one necessary to limit the duration of speeches in Parliament." It makes all the difference between the Bill being respectful or disrespectful; and if your Lordships would allow the printer to rectify that error, instead of my having to bring a Bill for Second Reading that is thoroughly imperfect, I shall be greatly indebted to your Lordships.
